Weekly classes are held every week but places and times of the class may change.
Pole 1 classes are meant for people with no experience or little experience from the pole.
Pole 2 classes are for people who can do invert and couple of basic spins.
Pole 3 classes are more complex and includes combos and more strength training.
Pole 4 classes are the highest level we have and are for people who can do aysha.
These classes are for people who have some experience from the pole. Pole Combos combines holds at the pole and Pole Flow combines spins at the pole and on the floor.
Aerial Acrobatics: Hoop 1, Hoop 2, Hoop 3, Sling 1, Sling 2, Sling 3 (Ilma-akrobatia: Rengas 1, Rengas 2 , Rengas 3, Liina 1, Liina 2, Liina 3)
Hoop 1 classes are meant for people with no experience or little experience from the hoop.
Hoop 2 classes are for people who can do some inversion and a couple of basic moves.
Hoop 3 classes require more strength and combine moves from Hoop 1-2 levels.
Sling 1 classes are meant for people with no experience or little experience from the sling.
Sling 2 classes are for people who can combine some basic moves on the sling.
Sling 3 classes require more strength and combine more moves from Sling 1-2 levels.
Aerial Yoga (Ilmajooga)
You don’t need any experience to attend these classes. We do yoga asanas with the sling and inside the sling.
Floor Acrobatics (Lattia-akrobatia)
You don’t need any experience to attend these classes. We learn some basic acrobatics on the floor, for example cartwheel, handstand and forward roll.
Body Weight Training (Kehonpainoharjoitus)
This class is all about the sweat! Hiit and bodyweight training. Good for everybody.
Body Care and Movement (Kehonhuolto ja Liikkuvuus)
These classes are good for the whole body. Gentle movement, stretching and taking care of the body.
Basic Courses Pole Dance and Aerial Acrobatics (Tankotanssin ja Ilma-akrobatian peruskurssit)
These courses are meant for people with no experience from pole or aerial acrobatics and who want a good start for the new sport. Basic course includes 4 classes in one month. The Aerial Acrobatics course combines hoop and sling.
We also offer changing courses monthly from dance to acrobatics and yoga. These courses change every month and they include 3 classes.
Groups: Pole 1-2, Pole 3-4, Hoop 1-2, Hoop 3-4. Sling 1-2, Sling 3-4, Heels, Juniors 1( 7-9v), Juniors 2 (10-13v)
These groups train every week at the same time and with the same group. You can attend the group for a month or a whole semester. Enrolling by email.
Every month we offer changing Special Classes which last for 75 minutes. The content varies every time and you can enroll from the weekly calendar.
