Pole 1 classes are meant for people with no experience or little experience from the pole.
Pole 2 classes are for people who can do invert and couple of basic spins.
Pole 3 classes are more complex and includes combos and more strength training.
Pole 4 classes are the highest level we have and are for people who can do aysha.
Pole Combos combines holds at the pole. These classes are for people at level 2-3.
Aerial Acrobatics: Hoop and Sling (Ilma-akrobatia: Rengas ja Liina)
Hoop beginners classes are meant for people with no experience or little experience from the hoop.
Hoop intermediate classes are for people who can do inversions and basic moves on the hoop.
Sling beginners classes are meant for people with no experience or little experience from the sling.
Sling intermediate classes are for people who can climb and combine basic moves on the sling.
Aerial Yoga (Ilmajooga)
In aerial yoga classes we do yoga asanas with the sling on the floor and inside the sling. You don’t need any experience to attend these classes.
In yin yoga classes we do slow yoga asanas on the floor. You don’t need any experience to attend these classes.
In flow yoga classes we combine floor asanas and do sequences. You don’t need any experience to attend these classes.
In acro yoga classes we do asanas on the floor alone and with partner. You don’t need any experience to attend these classes.
In this class we increase flexibility needed in Pole and in Aerial Acrobatics. No experience needed.
Body Weight Training (Kehonpainotreeni)
This class is all about the sweat! Hiit and bodyweight training. Good for everybody.
Body Care and Movement (Kehonhuolto ja Liikkuvuus)
These classes are good for the whole body. Gentle movement, stretching and taking care of the body.
Basic Courses Pole Dance and Aerial Acrobatics (Tankotanssin ja Ilma-akrobatian peruskurssit)
These courses are meant for people with no experience from pole or aerial acrobatics and who want a good start for the new sport. Basic course includes 4 classes in one month. The Aerial Acrobatics course combines hoop and sling.
We also offer changing courses monthly from dance to acrobatics and yoga. These courses change every month and they include 3 classes.

Pole Juniors (7-13v), Acro Juniors (7-13v.)
These groups train every week at the same time and with the same group. You enroll to the group for a whole semester. Enrolling by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Every month we offer changing Special Classes which last for 75 minutes. The content varies every time and you can enroll from the weekly calendar.
